The Miss Deaf Pennsylvania Pageant is a pageant that chooses Miss Deaf Pennsylvania for her inner beauty (charm, pose, talent, intelligence, and grace). Miss Deaf Pennsylvania is chosen to represent the deaf people of Pennsylvania in the national finals. The pageant is open to deaf and hard of hearing, young ladies who are resident of Pennsylvania. They must be between the ages of 17 and 27.
