You are invited to join over 3,000 life and annual members. Active Life Membership is open to any deaf and hard of hearing person who lives in Pennsylvania. A person with normal hearing or any resident from another state in United States or from a foreign country are welcome to join as an Associate Life Member. Other organization of any type, government agency, or government branch are cordially invited to join as a Member Organization. Instead of paying life member in full, you may choose to pay the membership dues in a five-year installment plan. you can also join P.S.A.D. as an Annual Member in lieu of life membership.
