Please support HB 1318.
Please move HB 1318 out of committee and onto the House Floor for a vote.

It's an Act imposing a moratorium on the closure the Scranton State School for the Deaf. It
requires the Legislative Budget and Finance Committee to study the operations and cost of
the Scranton State School for the Deaf and to report the findings to the General Assembly.

While supporting HB 1318, please also support keeping the Scotland School for Veteran's
Children open. Both deaf and Veteran's children are a vulnerable population that needs your
support for a quality education.
