A main function of these chapters is:
- Taking turn in hosting the Annual Conference
- Working closely with PSAD Conference Arrangement committees in drafting the conference programs and events
- Taking turn in hosting the Annual Conference of Chapters
- Holding a chapter meeting at least four times a year
- Hosting various local activities, social, and fundraising events
- Providing volunteers for community services
- Acting as liaisons with their local government, business, and other organizations.
