PSAD is actively reviewing the situation at Valley View and has drafted a resolution for vote during our upcoming board meeting, April 13 and 14 at State College.
Feedback is sought from PSAD members, deaf, deaf-blind and hard of hearing residents of Pennsylvania in addition to community advocates and friends.
